The pilot survey for disseminating SME’s technologies for recycling waste plastics to fuel towards sustainable waste management in Cape Town, Republic of South Africa.

The pilot survey contract for “Recycling Waste Plastics-to-Oil” has been signed between Japan consortium and the City of Cape Town, Republic of South Africa.

On March 6, CFP Corporation entered into a contract with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the pilot survey for disseminating SME’s technologies for recycling waste plastics to fuel towards sustainable waste management in Cape Town, Republic of South Africa.
CFP Corporation held a signing ceremony for the memorandum of agreement with the City of Cape Town on March 12th.

The pilot plant which can convert 500kg of waste plastics into 500litter of recycle oil will be installed in the Waste Management Facility in Cape Town. The recycled oil will be used for the electric generator.

We shall start its operation in March 2015, and the seminars shall be held twice in March and August at the site, so please don’t miss it!
